The contestants sit at dinner tables, and Sami talks about her struggle with weight. It's hard to take her seriously, if only because at the moment it looks like her hair is swimming in coconut oil. WTF? Sami says that she's not as skinny as her co-stars on Days Of Our Lives, and had a wake-up call. Probably when that bitch Diedre Hall kept referring to her as "My daughter, Samantha Lard Cheeks." Meanwhile, Jillian and Jez butt heads, because Jillian doesn't want her team to drink. She says that she can understand the desire to let loose, but that if the contestants can't show restraint and discipline for one week, what kind of discipline and restraint will they have for the rest of their lives? She kind of has a point there.
Kim and her team swim in the pool. She tells them to get their workout done in the morning, because they probably won't feel like doing it the rest of the day. Kim makes her team do waterobics, and we get a gratuitous close-up of her ass. And is it just me, or does she have some massive fake boobs? They're bigger than Bryan's, even. When the plane goes down, I'm heading for those suckers. Cowboy Dave flips Amy in the pool, and then flips Kim. Amy makes the bigger splash. Meanwhile, Bob has his team do yoga outside. He says that they can get a good workout, but still feel like they're on vacation. He's no Rodney Yee, but he gives a good effort. Directly ahead of Bob's peaceful sojourn, Jillian is kicking her team's ass on the beach. She says that her team is used to the sand from their desert boot camp days. She tells us that she's still going to beat them, but that it might be slightly more enjoyable. Jillian's hotness in a bikini top is almost obscured by her weird train conductor hat. Who wears a train conductor hat with a bikini top? Julie is pissed that the Black Team is still doing shit in the sand while the Blue and Red Teams are doing their pussy workouts. Isabeau, however, realizes that it's all for the greater good and that the team has been lucky to keep all its players through five eliminations. Jillian allows her team a little splashing in the water, but I think they're too tired to enjoy it.
