Surprise Getaway

The Blue Team has to lose more than 28 pounds collectively to beat the Black Team. Ryan was at 341 and is now at 331, for a loss of 10. Well done, sir! Nicole starts at 258, and is down to 252, for a loss of six. She's excited. Kae is next, and goes from 191 to 184, for a loss of 7. Bob is ecstatic. The Black Team is screwed. But how can it be? Neil is blown away by how awesome Kae is. Speaking of Neil, he needs to lose more than five pounds to beat the Black Team. Neil starts at 375 and is down to 365 for a loss of 10. Happy times for Team Blue. Not so happy for the Black Team, but they've been able to avoid the elimination room so far, so I guess they're due. Hollie is the Black Team's biggest loser, and can't be eliminated. Jillian says she doesn't think she can feel any more sick about coming in the next day than she does right now. She says that these are the moments that she hates this job. Oooh. Julie tells us that her heart was crushed when she saw Jillian after the weigh-in and her eyes had welled up with tears. For Jillian to lose one of them, says Julie, is like losing one of her children. Except Jillian's children would come out of the womb clutching a little barbell in each baby fist.

Hollie tells us that she and Isabeau have bonded, and really want a woman to be the Biggest Loser this year. They try to sway Julie to be on their side, but she doesn't know whom to trust. Jez is apparently a woman, since he is on their side too. Julie says that Isabeau is the biggest female threat there, but Hollie argues that the twins are the biggest threat overall. Jim says that he saw the little groups start to form, and adds that the only thing he knows is that he and Bill won't vote for each other. It would be kind of awesome if they did, though. Julie approaches Jez about what they need to do. He says he hates that, the closer they get to reaching their goal, the dirtier they have to become. Why don't they just agree to vote off the person who did the poorest? Then, no drama and no guilt. Julie says it looks like they may go to a tie, which is the scariest thing of all, because you never want to give someone else the power. A little dramatic, isn't she?
