I had to rewind the Bob meltdown a few times. God, Potes has got to be kicking herself for being out of town during this one!
The contestants do their march off to weigh in, and we get to hear from the at-home team members via video diary. Carla says if Joelle gets sent packing, she'll be upset, because Joelle has a lot to prove. Hell, yeah she does. Even more so after she sent Bob into the worst hissy fit of his life. Audrey can't stand the suspense of finding out how Mandi does. Estella is worried about Jerry, but she's trying to stay positive. David doesn't know if Daniel's coming home or not, but think Daniel really needs to be at the ranch. Dan seems pretty driven. I'm thinking hot dog boy is the one that needed to stay at the ranch.
Sami's wearing a criss-cross red dress, and her pregnancy boobs are enormous. Gigantic. Joelle is worried that her team hates her (damn right they do), and Helen says if Joelle goes below the line, she's gone. Sami talks about how they don't have their partners to rely on, except for the two teams who do. Jillian is so proud of her team this week. And better yet, she even likes them all, which never happens. She says it's a good thing they had Bob around to shake things up. Sami wants to know what's up. Bob says he and Joelle butted heads this week, and he was possessed by Jillian this week. Jillian laughs hysterically. Joelle says she really wants to get on the scale and doesn't say anything about their squabble. Two people will fall below the line, and one of them goes home. They are weighing in in the order they finished in the challenge. My girl Tara (who has immunity) is up first. She's beaming. She says it's weird to see the empty scale. She only lost one pound. Everyone looks horrified, because this girl worked her ass off. Jillian says that it's okay. Black team goes next. Blaine loses 16 damned pounds and Dane loses 14. That's a total of 30 pounds, they have lost 64 pounds already as a team. It's week 2. This week they are at 4.04 percent. Mandi steps up next. She loses 6 pounds and 2.39%. Helen's down 8 lbs. and 3.27%. Brown team goes up. I forgot about Ron's ripples. The horror. Mike loses 7 and Ron loses 12. Dad says he beat his son again. Their 19 lb. loss puts them at 2.49%.
Damien loses 9 lbs. and is VERY excited and gets a dig in at Tara during his interview. He is at 2.47%. Kristin goes up and sees a 10 lb. loss. She does the "Bob Dance." It's kinda cute, and Bob is smiling again. That's the Bob we know. Though I kinda love angry Bob. Kristin goes to 2.93% and Mandi starts to get all nervous because she's getting closer to the yellow line. Filipe loses 9 pounds and gives a big ol' scream. That puts him at 2.59%. Mandi looks more miserable. Joelle is up. Kristin says she's VERY interested to see how this "week of Joelle" has affected her weight loss. Joelle needs to lose more than seven pounds to stay above the yellow line. Bob looks like he might have an aneurysm. She loses two pounds. Everyone looks shocked, except Mandi, who looks thrilled. Joelle says that she can accept that it's an "I told you so." Helen says that she's surprised that Joelle lost anything at all, because she doesn't put in the work. Jerry is next. He only loses one pound. He's crushed. Even Sami looks like she might tear up. There is a LONG pause, before Sami asks what he's thinking. He said he needs to be here and he was hoping for a miracle. Well, that miracle might be in the shape of Joelle, long as Dan doesn't fall below the line too. Jillian is all positive, Jerry's lost 26 pounds in two weeks. Jerry's at .29% and he's below the yellow line. Mandi's officially safe, but she's not smiling now because she's worried about Jerry. Dan's the last to weigh in. He's got a one-pound penalty, which means he needs to lose more than three pounds. Dude weighs 424 pounds, which should be a snap, right? But he only loses three pounds. He's at .47%. He would have been safe, if he didn't have the penalty. Jillian thinks they are the two people that need to be there the most.
