After the first hour recap, Jillian's got her team in the kitchen and she's doing the commercial for Ziploc bags. Keeps your food fresh. Who knew? Then Coleen is in her room; she puts on her goal closet item and it fits. It's a medium, she started at a 2X. She's giddy, and goes to tell Michelle and Renee.
Down in the kitchen, Amy apologizes to Vicky for what she did. Though she says she didn't lie to her, because she changed her mind at the last minute. She felt like she couldn't trust Brady and Vicky to keep her around to the end (and rightly so). Vicky tells Amy she doesn't think she can trust her again. Heba says she thought Amy was sincere, though admits it could be strategy. Heba's actually kinda sane this week. So confusing. Then Bob's trainer tip is to eat apples.
Now it's Bob's turn to give the Blue Team a last-chance workout. He's worried about the one-pound penalty that Michelle has, if she takes that option. Bob decides not to play favorites and works everyone out equally. Well, that only makes sense, right? Bob tells Ed that he's got a big target on his back at the last man standing. There's crying and sweating, but not like the Jillian breakdowns. Much less screaming involved.
Sami congratulates them for surviving '80s week. It's time for Michelle to pick. She picks the penalty. She's hoping for a handbag sale to buy something for her mom. Commercials, after the announcer again reiterates that it's a weigh-in that needs to be seen to be believed.
Michelle gives the penalty to Vicky. Bitchface says that she's not surprised. She's kinda pissed, but she worked out to make up for it just in case. Whatever. Michelle's first up. She goes from 194 to 186, for a loss of 8. That's 4.12%. She's thrilled. So's Jillian. Renee's up. She's gone from 215 to 207. Another 8 lb. loss. Jillian's in shock. Renee's percentage is 3.72%. Ed worries that the Blue Team is in "deep didgeridoo." Yeah, that's what he actually said. He's next to step up on the scale. He goes from 273 to 262. That's 11 lbs. He's at 4.03%, so he's half celebrating, because he wants to see how the ladies do. Heba steps up. There's gasping... and then commercials. Of course.
She goes from 238 to 231, for a loss of 7. I don't know why there was all the gasping. She's at 2.94%. Coleen's turn. She needs to have lost more than six pounds to beat Renee and Heba. She's all sparkly and telling Sami about her pretty medium-sized shirt. Could she be any cuter? Too bad that she only lost three pounds. She went from 170 to 167. Now she's crying and breaking down. Jillian's not happy. Vicky's pretending to be sad, but you know that inside she's cheering. Sami asks Jillian what she wants to say to Coleen, Jill's tearing up. She needs to compose herself. She tells Coleen she'll be fine. Bob raises the very good point that Amy and Vicky haven't even weighed in, so Coleen shouldn't throw in the towel. Coleen's official percentage is 1.76. Amy needs to have shed more than 5 lbs. to stay safe. She loses 8 and goes from 181 to 173. She says the stress might be working for her. She's the biggest loser on campus and so far the biggest loser of the week at 4.42%. Coleen looks sad. Vicky's last up. She needs to lose more than six pounds (it would have been five, but she's got the penalty). It's either her or Heba joining Coleen in the bottom. Commercials.
