Kim talks to the Red Team before the weigh-in, and says it's time for the numbers to reflect their hard work. She tells them that there is a lot more going on in the bodies than what the scale shows, and tells them to think positively. She tells us that she's nervous, but thinks that the team is ready. She sits on the side of David's chair and says that she knows none of them are going home this week. She's at least making an effort not to be so annoying, which is good. Bob talks to the Blue Team, and notes that the first two weigh-ins were good. He tells them to be proud of themselves as they go into the weigh-in, and adds that they've given him above and beyond. Um, yeah, except for the time those two members of the team ate 4000 calories worth of crap. And the time he almost made one of them lose an eye. But Bob thinks that all of the things they went through with Patty and the temptation have made them stronger. Bob gets all sensitive and shit and tells the team that he loves the time that he spends with them, and loves them. He thanks Jerry for bringing all these folks to him. Aw, see, that's nice. Too bad they're about to continue imploding.
Jillian talks to the Black Team and says that there's nothing more that any of them could have done, and she couldn't be any prouder of them. Ooooh! See, she's really so nice underneath those layers of taut, rippling muscle. She's never had a team, she says, where everybody gave 110% in every way. She says that she missed this job when she didn't do it last year, but she forgot how much. Awww! I wonder what she was doing last year when she was off. Bench-pressing John Goodman, maybe. She thanks the Black Team for being her team, and for working with and trusting her, and she says that whatever happens, they've all been amazing. Jez notes that the other teams really might step it up this week. The Red Team doesn't want to lose another member, and the Blue Team has the three-pound advantage. It'll be a nail-biter! But hopefully not literally, since I'm sure nails have about 120 calories per serving.
And then, weigh-in! Sami asks if the Blue Team worked extra-hard to make up for the calorie binge. Patty acknowledges that they did. Sami then notes that the Red Team has won lots of challenges, but hasn't been able to translate that into success at the weigh-ins. David says that they did everything they could to stay out of the elimination room, and he's ready to get on and see what the scale says.
