After a break, Gina gets ready for a visit from her husband, Chad. We see some pre-show footage of Gina snuggling up to Chad wearing a lacy nightie and a CPAP mask. That's one way to kill the mood! Chad sneaks up on Gina and they kiss and hug and stuff. And then they walk off to bone on the Presidential Mile! And hooray, Mike's wife Chavalle is there! With the baby! They are the collective cutest. We go back to Gina and Chad, who are at something called Inspiration Point with a picnic lunch. Chad is thrilled that Gina is taking time to take care of herself. He has a present for her -- her wedding ring, which she hasn't been able to wear in two years. Gina tells us that she's gained 100 pounds since her wedding day, less than five years ago. And it fits! I mean, it might be cutting off the circulation on that finger, but she got it on, dammit. Dolvett walks with Michael and Chavalle, to get perspective on Mike's journey to the ranch. Chavalle admits that she was afraid for Michael, but never verbalized it. The baby put things in perspective for Michael, who didn't want him to have to call another man "daddy." We get old footage of Michael chowing down, and then Dolvett tells Chavalle that he wants her to take this journey with Michael. She's ready to be there for him, and do this for herself. And then we see the kid smile, and OH MY GOD MY OVARIES.
And then it's a free for all last chance workout! Alex leaves her jump-rope or something, and gets super cranky. Bob is not feeling her stank attitude, and notes that this is the point where she needs to show everyone what she's made of and deliver. Gina, meanwhile, is having some sort of a breakdown, and Dolvett has to scream at her to stop closing her eyes while on a Bosu ball. She quits to go and freak out, and Dolvett wonders why her worry about being eliminated is bigger than her joy. He notes that she's the oldest person on the ranch, and has nothing to worry about other than the craziness inside her own head. Under Dolvett's muscular tutelage, Gina learns to open her eyes and also not come from quite such a place of negativity.
With that, it's weigh-in time! The contestants are competing as individuals, and there will be a yellow line. Francelina thinks that she made the right decision by gorging herself on Valentine's Day treats, since Jillian whooped those calories off of her butt through various beatings. She's first on the scale, and goes from 217 to 213, for a loss of 4 pounds. She says that she's glad she ate, while Jillian tells her that it's not a great number, even though Francelina has worked quite hard. One she's back in line, Francelina starts crying and wondering how 4 pounds is possible given how hard she worked out. With her 2-pound advantage, Francelina has lost 2.76%. Alex is up next, and she's on the verge of hitting one-derland. Alex goes from 204 to 198, for a loss of 6 pounds. With her 2-pound advantage, she's lost 3.92%.
