Danni tells Jillian that she's won the challenge, which is good news because of the two-pound advantage, but bad news because Jillian is superstitious that a challenge win equals a weigh-in loss. But she's promoting Danni's fighter mentality, by boxing. Danni is grateful to have Jillian as a trainer and probably also grateful that she might get a right hook in there somehow.
The Red Team conducts its last chance workout in a sandbox, while Bob continues to give his team grief about their intensity level over the past week. They all seem super depressed, and Bob tries to knock some sense into them via the last chance workout. He wants them to feel like they're dying the entire time, and tells the rest of the team that Gina's stance of being doubled over and in cardiac arrest is precisely what he's looking for. Dolvett has one-upped the old "110 percent" adage by noting that he's looking for his team to give 120 percent. Meanwhile, Danni gives 130 percent, and so forth until someone gives 7000 percent and just wins the whole thing.
With that, we're at the weigh-in! Sami has a bun atop her head that looks like some sort of giant pastry and is making me hungry. She asks Bob what it feels like to have not yet lost a weigh-in, and he goes on about how they're primed to lose tonight and so he took an aggressive training stance. The whole time he's talking, Jillian just sort of smirks in her sheer white t-shirt with black bra underneath. She likes when Bob invokes his inner rage, and probably thinks of it as a tribute to herself.
The Red Team is up first, and Joe steps on the scale. He goes from 310 to 299, for a loss of 11, and is thrilled to be in the 200s. Francelina is next, and goes from 231 to 224, for a loss of 7 pounds. She's ecstatic, and admits that she even thought of cutting her hair to try for a bonus pound. Jackson is up next, and goes from 288 to 280, for a loss of 8 pounds. He gives a cute little, "Awesome!" and Dolvett says that this is a phenomenal number given his huge loss last week. And then Dolvett smiles, and I remember my lust for him afresh! Finally, there's Lisa. She goes from 214 to 209, for a loss of 5 pounds. The Red Team has lost 31 pounds, or 2.97%, collectively. That's a pretty solid number, but Lisa still freaks out and Jillian has to remind her that 5 pounds after a 9 pound loss is really great.
