Previously: Whitney moved. Olivia thieved. A-hole cheated. A-holette pouted. Erin said pervy things. Jay "had a band." And Whitney was lame enough to think that she New York City couldn't possibly be right for her without him. Fail, Whitney. Epic fail.

Whitney and Olivia meet with Alixe and Emese, who are in the thick of planning for Fashion Week. Emese mentions that the London team will be traveling over for the big event. She notes that either Whitney or Olivia will work more closely with them than the other, which could play a hand in ultimately deciding who will travel to London with the team in two weeks. She sums up that the London trip will be "an amazing opportunity." Credits.

So, just in case we weren't sure that The City is in lock-step with popular culture, the music editor decides to open the episode proper with a song that sounds straight off of the Save the Last Dance soundtrack. Nice. We find A-hole at One Management. He literally swoops in on Erin at her job, and by "job" I mean high school computer lab. Or at least that's what it looks like... She looks rather startled by his hulking, meathead presence suddenly hanging over her. They step aside, which we immediately know is going to descend into finger-pointing and general assiness. And so it does.

A-hole tells her in short order to stop creating drama for him. She gives him a look that makes it clear she believes he causes his own drama. Which he does. She tells him she's just saying the things that people are afraid to. They go back and forth. At one point, A-hole gets an angry Hulk-like look and takes off his coat to reveal an argyle sweater. That would be his equivalent of taking the gloves off. She points out that the behavior she reported back to A-holette was just part of a larger pattern. Instead of addressing her valid point, he just throws it back in her face that she dates multiple guys. Basically, "You're a slut, so nothing you say counts." What a dick. And also? So not the point. Erin was dating her guys, non-exclusively from what we could tell, whereas he was living with A-holette and clearly looking for any and all chances to fuck it up.

All due credit, A-hole is a pretty savvy manipulator. He sense that this is going nowhere because Erin actually has an independent sense of reason to what he tells her, so he puts his coat on and wraps up. He tells her to stay out of his life, but then smugs that she should focus on her own and she "might actually get somewhere." She fires back that he has no right to judge her because he doesn't know her. He says the exact same thing back to her, but with more cursing and some semi-violent choppy hand motions. He forcefully accuses her of judging him for the exact same crime (being a player) for which she is guilty and he seals by jabbing her finger in her face. She calls him out for getting a little diva up in here, then walks away. I like this Erin much more than skanky Erin, let's keep her around for Season 2, mmmkay?
