Johnny realizes what he must do, and tells Kate that he doesn't believe her. Kate is confused, so Johnny repeats himself and then says that he thinks Kate brought him into this for herself. Kate asks how he can say that, and Johnny says it's the only thing he's allowed to say. Kate doesn't understand. Johnny says he doesn't either, and yells at Kate to go. This brings us to the same fight from Johnny's vision where Kate tells Johnny not to shout at her, and he screams at her not to lie to him. Kate can't believe what Johnny's saying, and walks toward the door. Kate says that she thought Johnny knew how she felt about him, and just because she didn't come right out and say it doesn't mean it was a lie. Kate stomps out. Johnny looks sadly after her. He hears Kate get into her car and peel out, and he runs out the door and chases after her car, trying to get her to stop. But she doesn't stop. Poor Johnny.

Fade in on Johnny putting flowers on a grave. The stone reads "Kate Moore." Wow, they really killed her off. That's pretty unusual for a television show. Johnny looks up and sees someone walking toward him. It's Jason, also carrying flowers. He puts them on the gravesite and then says that Sarah read Johnny's eulogy to him. Johnny admits, "I knew." Jason says he realized afterward that Johnny knew from the beginning. Johnny says that he tried to save Kate. Jason knows that Johnny would do that, and that he talked to Purdy about it. Johnny seems upset about this, and Jason says that Purdy did the right thing. Jason says he needed Purdy's explanation because he felt so guilty after finding out that he got Kate's heart. Jason realized that dying would be selfish, and that he needed to change. Jason asks Johnny what he wants. Johnny says that he wants nothing. Johnny pauses and says, "I don't want her to forgive me. I just want her to understand. I just want her to know. I just want her to know." Jason grabs Johnny's hand and holds it to his heart. Johnny has a vision of Kate doing the same thing, and then a vision of Sarah taking a picture of Jason, Johnny, and Kate at the party. Aw, I'm sad that Ally Sheedy won't be back. I liked her with Anthony Michael Hall. They really seemed like old friends. She was better than stupid Sarah.

Next week: Bruce has no hair! And there's something involving guns and Stillson and snipers and Louis Gossett Jr. And it's the season finale.
