Parker is arguing with Warden Montero about his great idea to relocate Carroll because his rights were so unpleasantly violated. She loses the argument, then fills Ryan in and is nice enough not to point out that it's half his fault, half egregious plot contrivance.
Prison personnel are chaining Carroll up for his move to Georgia, fitting him with a bulletproof vest (but not going the full Hannibal Lecter, which would seem prudent). Mike and Ryan show up to wave their dicks around, although the U.S. Marshals don't seem too impressed. Ryan asks if Roderick is in Georgia, but Carroll says he doesn't know the name and parries by asking about Joey and if Claire has rejected Ryan for failing to find him.
After the marshals take Carroll out, Ryan tells Parker he wants to supervise the transfer. She tells him the marshals are handling it, since of course Ryan isn't even a government employee anymore. She tells him they've got this, but come on, they do not. I'm surprised anyone is managing to order lunch competently.
Ryan asks Mike to look into Warden Montero, who of course can't be innocent, because the actor has droopy eyes and an untrustworthy mouth.
Emma asks Bo how he knows Roderick. While they're talking, Joey finds some keys hanging on a wall and goes to find Cage Girl, because while he's not a quick study, he's smarter than half the adults on this show. She tells him her name is Dana. Emma asks Bo if he even knows Carroll, and he says he knows who he is, but he's not part of the club. They notice that Joey and the keys are missing and go looking for him. Joey unlocks the cage and Dana flees back farther into the darkened room just as Bo comes in and starts screaming at Joey for letting her out. Joey flees into some section where Bo can't follow -- because of all the cages? Come on, Show, turn on a damn light already.
Chasing and screaming and good god would you people get a flashlight, even? This actor is a veteran of the Late-Model Al Pacino School of Flailing One's Lips and Screaming All the Time. Bo finds Joey hiding under a car, pulls him out and starts throttling him, but Emma holds a gun on him until he drops Joey. He does, then punches Emma and they fight over the gun. Just as Bo is about to shoot Emma, Charlie shows up, with Dana in a chokehold.
