Back in Whereversville, Parker is sitting in the open back of an ambulance. I would kind of enjoy seeing this show just from the POV of the EMTs. Like, they keep showing up to patch people up and haul away dead bodies and Ryan Hardy is always there, looking constipated. I'm sure the EMTs have all the good theories. Ryan asks Parker if she's okay, and she says she's just scared. He fills her in on this week's body count: two agents and all the people in the cage. She tells him they'll get some sleep and start work again in the morning, and then says she was telling the truth: she really does need him. Yeah, because everyone else is even worse at their jobs than he is. Maybe he's not terrible because it's not really his job?
Cult house. Carroll pops his head into Claire's bedroom because he's a creeper with no boundaries, among other things, and says he really does believe, in his heart, that she'll love him again. Claire. For fuck's sake, jump out the window. And then he lets Joey into the room. Claire hugs him, crying, and then Carroll goes away to let Claire cry over her kid. In his office, he drinks and watches Molly's tapes, which are of her and Ryan in his apartment. In his bed. ICK.
Ryan goes back to his now-defiled apartment and hears someone inside. He grips his weapon, then finds Molly in the kitchen. She apologizes for startling him, then hugs him and tells him she's so sorry about what's been happening that she's seen on the news.
Flashback to Molly and Carroll, in jail. Her condition for staying close to Ryan is that she gets to kill him. We cut away before we see Carroll agree to that. In the present, Molly tells Ryan she worries about him. Worries that he'll have a fatal heart attack before she gets to dismember him, that is.
Next week: Claire screams at Emma, then Lady Macbeths her way into Roderick's head. And Mike's back!
