Brody's BBQ. The girls show up, including Whitney. Frankie asks Brody if he's cool with Lauren bringing a date, and Brody says that he is. I kind of wish there were a commentary track to every episode featuring Lo and Frankie. I feel like they would give us all the dirt. Everyone talks about Gavin, and Lauren hopes she won't be embarrassed. Gavin finally arrives and is introduced around. Brody comments that he's kind of short, which was my first impression, too. Especially for a model. Gavin starts talking about camping, which Lauren hates. Lo asks if he slept in a hotel while camping. She rules. Gavin keeps talking about camping, and then realizes he's coming off as Mr. Camper. Later, Gavin starts cooking food, and Lo thinks it's cute that he's cooking. Lauren does too, until she realizes that Brody is helping him. Brody and Gavin chat about Lauren in a slightly pissing-match kind of way. Back on the beach, Frankie and Lo give Lauren shit about Brody being jealous, which Lauren denies, saying she doesn't have feelings for Brody. Lo snarks, "Well, you did for a second, in Vegas." Gavin grills some burgers while Brody grills Gavin on his relationship history.

NASCAR Event. Heidi checks in with Kim, who seems to have everything under control. Spencer calls and gives Heidi shit about their anniversary dinner again, and hangs up on her. Kim pretends to care, but clearly could not care less. Also, why is Heidi bitching to people she manages about her boyfriend? Unprofessional! I wish they would put a camera in the Bolthouse bathrooms, because you know all the female employees go in there and rip on Heidi.

BBQ. Brody and Lo discuss Gavin. Brody complains that Gavin seems too perfect, and Lo asks if Brody still likes Lauren or something. Lauren and Gavin hang out. Brody is now telling everyone his feelings about Gavin. Gavin thinks Lauren's friends are really nice, and Lauren is busy checking out Brody to see how he's reacting to her new beau. This Gavin dude seems boring. I don't think she should date Brody, but I don't get the Gavin attraction either.
