Venice Beach. Audrina and JB walk along and discuss how awesome it is. Apparently, JB lives in that area. They discuss going to Mexico together to make up for Cabo. JB loves being by the ocean, and says that's why he didn't like coming to Audrina's place. It was too stressful. He also adds that Venice Beach makes him feel "Zenful," which doesn't seem like a word. Zen can just be used as an adjective without any suffix. And then they keep talking and I seriously have no idea what they're talking about. It's like they're speaking in English sentences but they're not saying anything. I think they said that their relationship is better now that there's not all that tension from Audrina's living situation. But it's all in code. Dumb people code.
Speaking of dumb people, let's zip on over to Heidi and Spencer's apartment to see what's up there. Oh, this scene is so fake. Like every scene in the show is fake. I get that. I try to pretend it's not true because otherwise it becomes impossible to write about this show without going into some sort of wormhole. But this scene is... bleh. There are tons of examples of audio clearly edited in later, and despite the fact that they're fighting, Heidi and Spencer have no emotion in their voices or on their faces. So let's shorthand it. Heidi's passive-aggressively cleaning out her closet and Spencer tells her she's boring. She launches an attack on him for getting her fired and adds that she hopes Brent can talk Sam (the bigwig) into giving her back her job. Spencer doesn't get why this is his problem. Heidi tacks on that it's Spencer's fault that Holly left and is out of touch. Spencer deflects all the blame and says that all Heidi wants to do is complain. Heidi is also wearing a tremendous amount of pink makeup.
