Lauren works on styling the girls, but then Marc Jacobs comes in and introduces himself to her. I think he's wearing aqua sweatpants.
Lauren and Whitney are back at their hotel, already packing. They wonder whether Amy has said anything to Lisa about Whitney's presentation yet. Then there's like ten minutes of them hauling luggage, finding a cab, driving to the airport, and returning to L.A. A little light on content this week, editors?
Heidi and Spencer's apartment. Spencer calls Brody and leaves a message that they need to talk.
Lauren and Whitney head to a restaurant for a tasting to sample food for the party. Whitney says that she's still nervous, because she hasn't heard the reaction to her presentation. She knows that Lisa will be honest. Lisa and friends arrive. Lisa blurts that Amy thought the presentation went fine, and then gives Whitney crap for wearing what was essentially a cocktail dress for the presentation, but hey! Lisa Love cracked a funny! Look at that.
Brody shows up at Lauren's apartment and gets a big hug. Brody wants to hear about the trip to New York, and Lauren explains what she did. Brody says that Spencer called him. Lauren looks terrified. Brody hasn't returned the call yet, and says that he doesn't think that he could ever trust Spencer again. Lauren doesn't want to be responsible for breaking up their friendship. Brody assures her that it's his decision. And then he changes the subject by asking Lauren to cuddle with him. Speaking of manufactured storylines, this "Lauren and Brody in luuuuurrrve" is so lame. They have no chemistry, but it's easy, because they have both already agreed to be fake on the show.
Next week: Heidi turns 21. It's time for the Young Hollywood party.
