Lauren heads out back and compliments Audrina's interior decorating. Lauren broaches the fact that they haven't spent much time together. Audrina says that she doesn't feel comfortable coming in the house. Lauren claims that she and Lo want Audrina there, and babbles on for a while about how she wants them all to be besties to the end. Audrina finally just interrupts to say that Lauren and Lo ignore her and hang together. Lauren wants specific examples, which Audrina can't provide, so Lauren gets all clipped and pissy. Audrina says that things were fine until Lo came into the picture. If they were adults, Lauren would say, "Let's go get Lo and hash this out, then." Instead, Lauren claims that she 's been going out of her way (that one time) to invite Audrina to do things and Audrina blows them off. She adds that Audrina never tells her anything anymore and never wants to hang out. Audrina tries again and says that Lo is the one who's been pushing them apart. And then my recording cuts off and when it picks back up, everyone is just looking sad and Lauren leaves, so I'm going to go ahead and guess that nothing was resolved. And if Audrina were in any way interesting or added anything to the show, I might care.

Heidi and Spencer return home. Heidi seriously looks like an abused wife, just beaten down. They go inside their (?) apartment. And...that's the end of the season. Does anyone else feel like this extra season was a huge mistake? Nothing happened, nothing was interesting, and the buzz totally died down.

Also, if you guys are watching The Hills and you're not watching The Paper, I don't know what to tell you. The Paper is so the superior show at this point. Get in on the ground floor!

So I watched the stupid aftershow to see if anything interesting happened, and here were the highlights:

• Audrina said the roommate drama will continue in the next season
• The next season starts August 18th.
• Lauren's new guy will be on the new season
• Whitney might move to New York for work
• Stephanie gets fed up with Spencer and Heidi's drama
