Lauren and Whitney at work. Lauren says she's going out that night with Audrina and Justin-Bobby. Lauren confesses that she doesn't get what Audrina sees in Justin-Bobby but she's going to give him a shot.
Heidi comes home and sees that Spencer has bought a vintage Centipede arcade game for their apartment. How do they afford this stuff? Look, I think vintage arcade games are cool, but Heidi has to live there too, so she should have some say over what goes in the apartment. One thing that bugs me about Spencer (and there are MANY!) is how he ignores Heidi if she disagrees with him. He just walks away while she is talking.
Audrina and Justin-Bobby arrive at dinner and wait for Lauren. Justin-Bobby claims that he's not feeling well. Lauren arrives and tries to make conversation, but Justin-Bobby is monosyllabic. Except when he's belching in Audrina's face. Hey, if he's well enough to burp at her, he's well enough to make an effort. Lauren just says, "So, anywho" and stirs her drink. Audrina just asks Lauren flat out what she thinks of Justin-Bobby, and Lauren says she hasn't had time to get to know him yet. Lauren wonders what he thinks about her and he jokes that he's in love with her. Well, he tries to joke but it totally falls flat and AWKWARD! Justin-Bobby wants to blow Lauren off so he and Audrina take off on his motorcycle. Lauren just rolls her eyes and shakes her head.
The next day, Lauren and Audrina discuss how much of a d-bag Justin-Bobby was at the restaurant. Even Audrina is like, "He was such a jerk. It was so awkward." Lauren asks if Audrina is really surprised at his behavior, and points out that Audrina should have a guy that makes her happy and not upset. I think every woman should have that tattooed on her arm at age thirteen, and you can get the tattoo removed when you get together with a nice guy. I think it would solve a lot of adolescent problems. Lauren tries to get Audrina to say that she's 100% done, and Audrina just blows a raspberry.
Heidi and Spencer's Apartment. Spencer announces that they need to get plates, spoons, and a coffee table. Heidi adds that she really wants a dining room table. She says that Elodie was shocked that Spencer makes all these unilateral decisions about their apartment. Spencer claims that they're surprises for her. Heidi tries to laugh about it, but she's clearly bothered. Does Spencer actually think that Heidi will like these things? He is the most self-absorbed asshole I've seen on reality television in a long time. And I watch a lot of reality television. Including that show about Scott Baio.
