Audrina's at work. She invites Chiara to her pool party, as thrown by Lauren. Chiara stirs the pot and asks if Lo will be there, and Audrina says that "Lo's always super bitchy." And that's why we love her! Because she's not boring and bland and dead behind the eyes like you, Audrina!
Oops. Looks like Heidi didn't get home quite early enough. Holly, her sister, is already at her apartment, and Spencer is being a gracious host, asking about her trip, carrying in her bags, offering her a drink, you know. Like you do. Ha ha! Did you think I was serious? He's actually sitting there playing Xbox and not talking to his guest. Heidi walks in and hugs Holly, and Spencer makes a big production out of stomping out of the room, so Heidi has to make apologies and follow him out of the room. So then Holly has to do that horribly awkward thing where she totally knows that Heidi and Spencer are having a fight about her in the next room but she tries to be polite and stay out of it. Ugh, that is the worst. My best friend and her now-husband used to bicker CONSTANTLY when they first started dating, and one time I was visiting her at college and they just bickered and finally I shut them both out of the apartment and locked the door and told them they couldn't come back in unless they promised to stop bickering because it was ruining my visit. And they did stop. But it was awkward up until that point. Also, have I mentioned how stupid Heidi's outfit is? She's wearing two silk camisoles layered with a giant blue scarf, like, why would you need both a camisole and a scarf? Anyway, Heidi begs Spencer to be nice to her sister, like the fact that she has to beg him to have some fucking manners should be a HUGE RED FLAG but then again, Spencer is MADE of red flags and Heidi doesn't seem to care.
Back at LAL House (that's Lauren, Audrina, Lo house), Lauren is getting ready for her date while Lo looks on. Lauren wants Lo and Audrina to have a fun night together while she's gone, and Lo just rolls her eyes, like seriously, Lauren. You really think that'll happen? I don't know why Lo and Audrina can't just agree to not be BFF and just be roommates and not be jealous when Lauren hangs out with either of them. They're not fourteen anymore. I guess then we wouldn't have a show.
