Janice addresses the full group and says that if they're not there to be models that they should leave and stop wasting her time. Janice tells Peter to say something. Peter says that Janice is so stressed out because it costs money to keep each one of the models. To cut costs, they're going to have to cut quite a few models. Kodi tells the group that at the end of the day, if it's better for the agency to drop everyone and start over, then that's what's going to happen.

And then there are tears from Stina. Janice leads her in a somewhat caring fashion outside to talk. Stina cries and says that she's trying to focus on modeling and to improve. Janice says that she is riding Stina because Stina is her number one girl, and adds that she's not trying to intimidate or assault Stina, because if she wanted to assault Stina she'd use pepper spray and nunchucks. Stina interviews that Janice took the time to make sure she felt comfortable, and that just goes to show her personable Janice is and how much she really cares about the models. I don't know that "personable" would be the first adjective that came to my mind to describe Janice, but there you go.

Janice tells the models that for the next few days, it's going to be them, her, and a camera. After that, if they're not the models that she desires, she'll be saying bye-bye. Janice tells us that she hasn't made any firm decisions yet about who will be dropped, and wants to take one final look at each of them from behind her lens. Did she for real just say, "From behind my lens?" Crystal says that all of the models are shocked about this cutting business. Petra from Slovakia says that she's nervous about being cut, and so is everyone else. There are things wrong with her, Petra says, and adds that she still needs to lose weight. She's trying hard, but there's only so much she can do in one day. Perhaps she could soak herself in a vat of green liquid and convince Janice she's a pickle. A pickle that could pose would be just what the agency needs.

As we get ready to commence the photo sessions, Janice says that she shot each of the models when they arrived at the agency. These sessions aren't so much about the photographs, but about seeing who's improved and who is going to get their ass kicked to the curb. Stina is first. Janice says that she looks beautiful, and generally treats her really nicely. Janice wants to see how well Stina moves. She yells at Stina to make stronger faces, and then tells her that she needs better. Janice says that at the beginning Stina appeared to be close to having the whole package, but hasn't really improved that much since coming to the agency. Stina wants to break through, but can't seem to take the last step. A shame, that.
