Janice asks Peter whether he's seen any good models at the convention, and Peter says that they need to communicate a bit better and Janice should have called him. Janice says that it happened so quickly that she had to be rushed to the emergency room, because literally her eyeball was on fire. Oh Janice and her flaming eyeball. Also, I'm sure she was in a lot of pain, but she totally could have called. I'm sure she had her makeup done for five hours before she went to the ER. It's not like a tractor trailer crashed into her eye and then tipped over. Peter gives a look that indicates he's maybe a little tired of her bullshit. Janice tells him that she doesn't want to make a big deal out of it and doesn't want to draw attention to herself, she just wants to go in and find girls. Peter says that of all the bad things that could happen, Janice losing her eyesight would be among the worst. Jesus, it's not like she's freaking Ray Charles.

Captain Janice and Peter enter the convention center room to screams and applause. Janice doesn't crack a smile, but gives a fierce wave. Peter interviews that the whole room froze when Janice entered, and though this is most likely because she's actually the White Witch, Peter attributes it to Janice's star quality. He says that the other scouts were threatened, and says that none of those people have that kind of magnetism and charisma. And thus we see that when Janice talks about bringing her reputation to the agency, she's really on to something.

The models all walk in a long line in front of the scouts, who are set up at tables. Janice says that it was like a dog show, and was weird. It really is. She interviews that she couldn't make obvious faces of dislike because she didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Well that's a first. And also a lie, because at the cattle call Peter likes someone and Janice says quite loudly, "No. There are BAGS under her EYES." If only everyone could wear a patch. Janice interviews that she just wanted to walk out, and back on the scene she says, "Ugh. This is painful." Just like a nail file to the eye.

Finally, along comes a girl that Janice likes. Her name is Brittany and she's sixteen. Janice says that she wants her, and Brittany says that she wants to be with Janice. I don't really get what's so great about Brittany aside from the fact that she is really young and skinny. Though I guess those are two traits that are considered pluses in the world of modeling. Janice interviews that she made it through the most arduous day ever. I am always impressed when she uses words that I would have never suspected that she knows. She says that hopefully she'll be able to take a better look at the models they liked tomorrow, using her other good eye. She has three eyes?
