Jack pays Sandra a visit. Sandra doesn't want to talk. Jack says that Weaver has given them all the information they need. Sandra thinks Weaver is pathetic, and has nothing to do with the case. Jack thinks it's peculiar that all of Sandra's dates are double agents. Sandra says she has immunity, and that the FBI doesn't care what Weaver has to say. Jack says it's up to a judge, not the FBI, and after Weaver's testimony, it'll be up to the Pakistani government, since that's Sandra's employer. Jack wonders if Pakistani intelligence is lenient toward "compromised informants." Sandra looks terrified, so I'm guessing "lenient" isn't the word she would use.
Fineman informs Kelly that the judge denied the magazine's motion to dismiss, and that the lawsuit is moving forward. Kelly doesn't react, and Fineman tells him it's okay to be happy. Kelly says that it's not about a windfall, and wonders when Fineman will realize that. Fineman wonders why Kelly cares what Fineman thinks. Kelly says he doesn't; he pauses, and then says that he cares what everyone thinks. Fineman turns back and says that they need one more bet. The two men start talking baseball, discussing what their team needs to win next season.
Jack and Vince arrive in the courtroom. Jewel isn't there yet. The judge comes in, and Jewel arrives shortly thereafter. The judge says that the courtroom is now closed, and they begin. The judge notes that Jack filed a motion for discovery. Jack explains that he can't represent his client without access to classified files. The judge says that "the government has a compelling interest to preserve national security in this matter." Jack still thinks his client is entitled to a fair trial, and that "either the evidence comes into court or the charges are dropped; the government has a choice." The judge asks whether Jewel has addressed Jack's requests. Jewel says that the government's position hasn't changed. She adds that the government's main witness is no longer available to testify. Jack gives a small smile. Jewel explains that Sandra left the country. Jack says he's going to file a motion for dismissal, and the judge agrees.
Jack and Vince walk out of the building. Vince is back in a regular suit, with no handcuffs. Vince can't believe this is happening. He runs out and hugs his family. Jack watches them with a smile. He sees Jewel walking by, and gives her a nod. She nods back.
