The players arrive at dinner, and Ahmad voice-overs that tension over the imminent execution is rising. Corbin decides that they all need to take a seat and then switch around so that The Mole can't take a specific seat. They all go along with his stupid idea, probably because they're scared that he'll burst a blood vessel if they don't. Kathy makes a face like, "He's losing it and I'm scared." Ahmad arrives and asks them all to pick a number. Corbin chooses seventeen, and Michael is all excited because he was going to say the same number, like, calm down there, Sparky. They settle on seventeen. Ahmad tells them to take out their journals, turn to page seventeen, and rip it out. Ahmad collects the pages and announces that he's going to read them aloud, and if the author of that page admits it, he'll give the page back. If the author doesn't admit it, Ahmad will keep it. The first page says "Moonster" and has a drawing. Frederique says that it actually says "Moonstone," and it's hers. Ahmad gives it back. Are they sure Ahmad knows how to read? Frederique says that the back was much more interesting. Ahmad moves onto the second page: "Jumping off of a thirty-five foot cliff?! I didn't do it but Erik wanted me to lie to the team about doing it. Why? What would be benefit..." Michael interrupts to admit that it's his, but Ahmad keeps reading, "...from deceiving the others? Nothing, other than getting me on his side. Is he The Mole, or does he just want me to think he is?" Kathy makes a face at Erik like, "What the hell was up with that?" She thinks Michael's writings sound like a Harlequin romance. Michael tells Ahmad to stop reading and give it back to him. Seriously. He didn't read that much of Frederique's page. Michael says it was thoroughly humiliating.

Ahmad moves on to the third page. He reads, "I hate everybody." Everyone laughs and seems to know that it's Kathy's. Ahmad continues, "The game is driving me crazy. I can't stand Frederique. Every day she comes out and looks so pretty, and I just can't stand it. Michael thinks he's just the tops. Corbin? A bully." Everyone laughs and Kathy thinks it's Erik's. Ahmad admits that it's Kathy's page and it's blank, so he just made some shit up. Kathy shows off the blank page. Corbin says that if she's The Mole, she's doing a very good job. Kathy agrees. Corbin wonders if the producers would want Kathy to be The Mole, because the audience would get tired of her after five nights. Bite your tongue! I'm already tired of you, and it's only been three. Kathy says, "Oooookay. Dear Journal. I hate everybody. Corbin's a bully." Everyone laughs.
