Ahmad and the contestants head out on the ocean in a boat to begin the next game. In an interview, Kathy says she started feeling seasick and didn't have any medication, so she stared at Michael Boatman and made him her horizon. She concludes, "Either he thinks that I think he's The Mole or I have a crush on him." They show Kathy in the boat, gripping the railing and looking like she's about to die. The boat stops and Ahmad asks why they can see bubbles on the water. Corbin guesses that it's a sandbar, because you can faintly see a shape beneath the water. In an interview, Stephen says he figured they would have to put on weights, swim down to the sandbar and "make an omelet, who knows?" A submarine surfaces and everyone cheers. Ahmad says he needs two players to play charades, two to go on the submarine, and two to be gravediggers. Stephen immediately yells to Frederique, "You and me on the submarine." Ahmad says that the cast decided that Stephen and Frederique would go on the submarine (except that Stephen totally made that decision), Corbin and Michael would do charades, and Kathy and Erik would be gravediggers. In an interview, Kathy says she was thinking they would have to "scuba to the floor of the ocean and dig up fish bones."

Stephen and Frederique board the submarine, and it submerges. Oh, hell no. I am so claustrophobic that there is no way I could do that. Michael and Corbin don wet suits because they will be playing charades underwater at night. They get cards with five titles of TV shows and movies in which one of the characters died. Stephen and Frederique must guess the title and relay that information via two-way radio to Kathy and Erik, who are in a fake graveyard. Kathy and Erik then must figure out the name of the actor whose character died in that production, and dig up the coffin in the graveyard. $25,000 is hidden in one of the five coffins, and they have fifteen minutes for the whole task. Kathy asks Erik if he really wants her to help dig. Erik says yes, because once they find the stone, she won't have anything else to do. Kathy says, "Well, number one, I don't want to drop this [radio] or fuck this up in any way, and two, I don't want to get in your way where we end up, like, banging [shovels]." Erik tells her to set the radio on the headstone. Nice try, Kathy. I totally would have tried to get the buff young dude to do all the work, too.
