Lizzie sits on the front steps of the house. Kathryn walks out and sits next to her, saying that it's good to see everyone. In response, Lizzie blurts, "I'm pregnant." Kathryn wonders how long Lizzie has known, and Lizzie says that it's been a week. Kathryn tries to do the math in her head, and wonders why Lizzie never said anything the whole time they were in the bank. Lizzie says that she didn't want anyone to know, and by "anyone," she clearly means "Jeremy." Kathryn thinks Lizzie means it's not Jeremy's baby, but Lizzie says that it is, and that she was going to tell him the day of the robbery. She starts crying and says that now she doesn't even know if she wants him to know. Kathryn says that her lips are sealed. So whatever this horrible thing is that Jeremy did, Kathryn seems to understand Lizzie's position on it. I just have to say, it had better be something truly horrible with the way that they are building it up. Like he farted in her face or something.
Franny's grandmother lectures Franny that she has to grow up now, and Franny snaps at her. Meanwhile, Kathryn wanders up to talk to Nick. They smile at each other, and Kathryn asks about his punching out the negotiator. Nick says that he's not getting any trouble about it yet. Kathryn says that she doesn't know what he said in his statement, but that if he wants to make an issue about how the situation was handled from the outside, she'll back him up. Nick glances at Ed, and says that won't be simple, implying that since Kathryn works for law enforcement, calling the police incompetent probably won't help her career. Kathryn doesn't seem to mind. Ricky walks up and asks Nick if he's the cop. Nick says that he is, and Ricky asks him, "Then why didn't you save my mom?" Felicia ambles up and tells Ricky that she found a DVD for them to watch, saving Nick from trying to answer.
Inside the house, Franny sits on a bed, drinking a beer, and keeps having flashbacks of Eva's smiling face. Jeremy walks in and asks if she's okay. He apologizes for not being able to do more for Eva. Franny points out that he kept her alive for a long time, adding, "I can't believe she left me." Like, by dying, or did she leave Franny during the standoff? Franny says that she feels so alone, and Jeremy agrees. They start making out. Jeremy pulls away and shakes his head. Franny looks at him beseechingly and says, "Please?" Jeremy starts kissing her again, and they fall to the bed. Um, maybe they should consider closing the bedroom door first since everyone else is nearby?
