At the hospital, another doctor is telling Dr. Mark that, physically, everything is normal with Sandy. Dr. Mark then turns to a woman in the room and asks her for the psychiatric diagnosis. She says Sandy is "ballpark narcissistic personality disorder"; however, he isn't paranoid or delusional and that he's very aware something is wrong. Dr. Mark looks concerned. I check the counter on the VCR to see how much more if this crap I have to sit through. And then I start to cry.
Satori enters the sushi restaurant and gives the hostess a story about being in the restaurant a week or so ago and having an associate of her husband stop by their table. You can just tell that Satori totally got off on waltzing into a restaurant and pretending that Dr. Mark is her husband. She says she was embarrassed that she couldn't remember the associate's name and asks if the hostess can help her. The hostess replies that the man was Sandy Molian, and Satori leaves.
