Ah, the old Puzzle IQ test. Evan goof-views that he's alone in a cold New Zealand house, and the camerawork gets kind of jokey for a minute following him down the long hallway. He gets into a bedroom where he and Mark and some other Necks discuss what "Spot On" could possibly be. Evan wants to know why Davis called him out, and then goes after Davis. Davis won't give him an answer about why he picked him other than "I wanted to go up against you." Evan interviews AGAIN, and this over-the-top worrying on Evan's part means: Davis is going home.
Nehemiah thinks he did the wrong thing, because he basically sent Davis into the Duel. Although, obviously if Dunbar had been picked last he would clearly have used this opportunity to beat up some more gays. You know, since he doesn't get to do that so often now that that whole thing got all socially unacceptable and such.
Brooke frets to Paula. Brooke hates physical contact, so she's not going to love wrestling Brittini. If only there were a Hag Skills based Duel. Wait, Brooke would lose that, too. She's the worst Hag ever. Brooke is one big Fail. But her hair is done! Yay! (Is what Brooke says.) Jenn tries to get Brooke fired up by telling her that Brittini's just a skinny model. Brooke could take her. Brooke just wants to spend some time fluffing her hair.
Later that night, Davis and Paula are standing around in sunglasses, as you do, Paula in what appears to be a Paula Deen wig. As you do. Davis is obviously tipsy and he quietly tells Evan that he just doesn't like bullies. I like Davis's style.
Commercials. Girls Duel first, because theirs is clearly is not top billing. Brooke is obviously going home. Sigh. Brooke is on the prissy defensive during the first one. Katie interviews with some tips: "Go in there like an angry bitch and start swinging." Aneesa interviews that Brooke is just too dainty. You know she "just wants everyone to be happy and lets drink and make out." Yes, how dainty. I love these eulogies for Brooke. Brittini totally collars Brooke and wins. Even the soundtrack was bored with that outcome, there were no emoting cues at all. Brooke interviews that her parents did not raise her to be a wrestler and that she is really proud of herself "for even stepping foot on one of these challenges." It'd be nice to have such a low bar for yourself, yes?
