Lincoln: "Stand aside, I know medical! And biological fixertation!"

MAGUS

Somebody: "Lincoln, you should talk to her."
Lincoln: "Why, so she can tell me again how today might..."
Somebody: "-- No, you halfwit. Her her. Your Dad her."
Lincoln: "This should be creepy. Actually, on second thought I already know it's just going to be unfulfilling."

Lincoln: "Dad, are you there?"
Jacole: "[Bleh.]
Lincoln: "I just want you to know, I understand. There's a whole world of things out there that I never knew. That's just terrifying! But you knew. Maybe you were just trying to protect me all that time. But now it's my turn to protect you. We're here for you. If you're still out there, if there's a chance you're still alive, then you... Dad? Dad, can you hear me? If you're anywhere, you just tell me and I will find you..."

The dragonfly immediately comes shooting out of Jahel, after she chokes and hacks and makes barfing sounds for about ten years. Leaving Lincoln once again dejó.

Dr. Emmet Cole: "Haha! That never gets old!"
Lincoln: "God damn it!"
Jahel: "Coincidental 404. Sorry."
Lincoln: "It's kind of your job. Don't worry about it."
Jahel: "Look, it's either be the racist psychic girl in the jungle or a scary racist chola with drawn-on eyebrows, I mean, I'm making ABC money here. I'm not gonna knock it. It's fine. We all make choices."
Lincoln: "Totally. Me, I choose to control my appetite for food. It gives me a feeling of control."

AFTERMATH

Lincoln, remembering his magic necklace, gets a secret box from a secret compartment on the ship, finds the necklace, has an unnecessary flashback to less than an hour ago when Cole told him about being "strong enough," and then goes out to have a very forced giggle with Lena on the deck which leads into

FOOTAGE OF THIS ONE TIME

In March that year, where Lena and Lincoln were right there on that same spot on the deck, having that same forced laugh. Emmet Cole's camera malfunctioned in such a way that it focused in tighter and tighter on the back of the very young girl's neck. Which was usually hidden by her hair, but her hair was up this time because of the hat Emmet Cole gave her for Xmas a couple years ago. Which is how he saw the birthmark, that matched the necklace, which made him gasp, because the was the sign of the child who was Strong Enough to stop the pendulum of Life & Death.
