Nicole suggests that they just go to the store, and the two girls start walking across the street. Red and Bev don't notice, since they're busy fixing the sign. Nicole and Paris walk into the store, drawing stares from the other customers. They fall down on top of each other, giggling. The other people in the store give them dirty looks. Bev runs in and tells them that's about enough. She helps Nicole up, and Nicole complains that she's hot. Red and Bev lead the girls out, while Red explains that they have to stay on the lot. She sounds pretty frustrated. She notices that Nicole's gloves are missing, and says she can pay for that out of her check. Those costumes are pretty expensive. Red tells the girls to take the costumes off.

Paris and Nicole get back into their regular uniforms. A time stamp says it's only 11:30 AM, which I highly doubt, but whatever. Bev shows the girls how to use the onion ring machine. You take the frozen pre-sliced onions and place each ring on a conveyer belt, which sends it through the batter. I kind of want one of those in my house. Bev heavily emphasizes the importance of popping the onion rings apart so that they get individually coated. Paris goes off to fry bacon while Nicole works the onion ring machine. Nicole quickly gets bored with the onion rings and starts putting them through, like, ten at a time. Paris actually does a decent job with the bacon. Nicole starts tossing handfuls of onion rings into the machine at a time, and lots of them fall onto the floor. She puts so many in that the conveyer belt can't move anymore. Red walks over and sees what's going on. Bev comes back to give Nicole some more condescending instructions, like, why pretend she just doesn't understand how to do it, when she clearly is screwing up on purpose? Just fire her. Bev says that Nicole has to redo all of them, and Paris calls out that Nicole is the worst employee.

It's 12:30 PM, and Albert and Janet arrive at Sonic for a meal. Paris delivers their food and says that she likes ringing people up and delivering food. Albert goes inside to ask Red how the girls are doing. Red says that they've messed everything up. They arrived late and they screwed up the onion rings. Red offers to tell Albert what Nicole and Paris put on the marquee, and Albert just shakes his head sadly. Albert interviews that the girls really screwed up, so he'll have to sit them down and talk to them.
