The Simple Life Reunion

Leeza says she can understand why the Ledings worried, for a lot of reasons, but that one reason was that the truck was never working. Paris thinks the problem was with the truck, and Janet peanut-galleries, "I think it was the driver." Albert dies laughing. Janet says she thinks that if Paris had babied it a little more, it would have lasted longer. Nicole says that Paris only knows how to floor it, and then brake. Leeza introduces a clip package featuring Paris and Nicole driving. This is new footage, but most of it features the truck smoking and Paris complaining about the car. Hello! If the truck starts overheating, turn on the heat until you can get home. My first car used to overheat on a daily basis in the summertime, and that trick always worked for me! Leeza asks Paris if she thinks they trashed it. Paris thinks they made it prettier. Oh, so the truck they drove onto the stage is that same truck? And it's now pink? Albert says that it will catch everyone's attention.

Leeza says that she and her daughter watched the show for the clothes. She let her daughter watch this show? Leeza seeks Janet's help in describing the girls' outfits, and Janet says that most of them weren't "much bigger than washcloths." Janet has a little bit of a crazy giggle, but maybe she's just nervous. At Leeza's prompting, Richard says that the girls looked very good. And, the dirty old man meter goes up another notch. Leeza points out that Richard has granddaughters, and asks how he would feel if they dressed like Paris and Nicole do. Richard says that it's "strictly up to them," and why is dirty old man Richard more open-minded about this issue than Leeza is? Because Leeza sucks. Leeza says that Albert seemed embarrassed by some of what the girls wore. Albert blushes and says he doesn't know. Leeza says that Justin didn't seem to have a problem with them. Justin thinks they were fine. Because he's a boy! And boys like half-naked girls! Even if they are supposed to think of them as sisters! This whole thing just took a very Flowers In The Attic turn. Janet says that Justin liked the fashion shows Paris put on.

Leeza does another awkward segue to introduce a clip package of Nicole and Paris shopping at Wal-Mart. They loved it. That's pretty much the whole message of the package. Meanwhile, you know the producers whipped that one up just so that Wal-Mart wouldn't sue them for all the other times Paris and Nicole probably bad-mouthed it. Leeza points out that a little money goes a long way at Wal-Mart. Paris says that they bought t-shirts, magazines, and hair ties. Nicole says that they also bought glitter to make over the cows. There's an unfunny and fake bit where Leeza gets Buffy to say "Good Lord" again, but that's more than enough words wasted on that.
