A.J. sits in his room, talking on the phone. Surprise. Carmela knocks and walks in. A.J. quickly slams his laptop shut. Porn? Carmela bitches at him for talking on the phone all night. A.J. asks her to knock, which she actually did. Carmela yells at him about his college applications, and A.J. tells her to chill, and then ignores her to continue his phone conversation. Man, he needs to be smacked. Carmela tells him to hang up, and he actually does. Carmela tells him that she knows he won't like working at McDonald's. A.J. snots, "Could you amp up the drama a little?" Which was kind of funny. Carmela says she's withholding his allowance until he finishes the applications, which A.J. deems "not even practical." Tony walks in and asks what's going on. Carmela fills him in, and Tony agrees with her on the allowance issue. A.J. says that he made $300, after expenses, by putting on a party. Tony asks what the expenses were, and A.J. says there was a band. Is that the current slang for a keg? A.J. says that people said it was the best party all year. Carmela asks if there was drinking, and A.J. says that they just held the party, and tha people may have brought drinks with them. That sounds like one of those loopholes that you totally believe in high school, but wouldn't hold up in a court of law. Like refusing to take a breathalyzer. Tony orders A.J. to do his applications now.
