Tony walks into Vinnie's hospital room. Wide Guy, Little Paulie, and some other guys I don't know are gathered around Vinnie's bed. Vinnie doesn't look so hot. Wide Guy reports that Vinnie has a fractured skull. Tony sighs and loudly tells Vinnie that the costs will be taken care of through the plumber's union health plan. Vinnie's eyelid twitches. Tony adds that they think it's time for Vinnie to get his own customers. No response. Tony asks where Larry Boy is, and Little Paulie says that he's staying home. Tony is shocked, because apparently Larry Boy is Vinnie's godfather. Little Paulie smirks, "House arrest." Tony sighs again and walks out. Little Paulie says that this is fucked up. Wide Guy asks what they want to do about it. Little Paulie wants Tony to give them permission to go to Brooklyn and crack some skulls. Wide Guy says that Diet Tony whacked the brother of a captain, so if Tony tries to make another strike, they should take Tony out instead. Wide Guy! With the threats against the boss!
Junior is in his kitchen, placing an order, by phone, for a fruit basket. Tony walks in, and thinks the basket is for Vinnie. Junior says that it's for Melvoin, his lawyer, who had a stroke. Junior says that Melvoin won't be able to speak that well, and that he can't work a full schedule for about a year. Junior happily says that they'll have to postpone his retrial. Tony is happy too. Junior wonders if he should eventually get a lawyer who's more with it. Tony grabs some coffee and brings up the Johnny Sack situation, and says that Junior is probably losing money. Junior gets confused, and Tony gets annoyed. Tony asks for Junior's advice on the situation. Junior seems to think it over, and then asks if he gave the fruit-basket people Melvoin's office or home address. Tony can't believe that Junior isn't helping him out, and yells that he doesn't know what to do. Junior asks if "Phil's son" was made. Tony realizes that his uncle is totally out of it, and is not going to be any help. Junior apologizes, and blames it on the news about his lawyer. Tony says that Junior is going a little squirrelly in the house. Junior advises Tony, "Tell Phil." Tony expectantly asks what that means, but Junior was bluffing. Tony gets up to leave, and says that it's not important. He shakes Junior's hand and reminds him to eat lunch. Tony pauses at the door and looks at his uncle, and then leaves.
Larry Boy and Patsy Parisi (I think?) bitch that Johnny Sack is screwing up their business. They think Tony should just give up Diet Tony. Bobby doesn't think Tony knows where Diet Tony is staying. The other guys scoff. Patsy Parisi says he feels bad for Christopher, and Larry Boy says that Tony is "very adroit" at keeping his family safe, but the rest of them can fuck off.
