The judges agree that Terry is legit, the "real thing" and Blake suggests that Terry follow in his footsteps and rely on his accent. Terry knows the one thing he can do is have an accent, and it has never let him and his pop-on hair down before, so he joins Team Blake.
Cee Lo has a bird this season! I liked the novelty of the cat last season, and this year he's got a pink cockatiel, just sitting there on his shoulder. Good work, Cee Lo, you know how to make TV interesting again.
De'borah is auditioning in all coral tonight because she doesn't follow the rules anymore. I like De'borah because she reminds me of the "MILF Island" episode of 30 Rock, and also because she said, "boom, I'm gay, how 'bout it." De'borah's vocal performance isn't thrilling any of the judges yet, Christina in particular, who hovers her giant ring over her button almost in jest. But then Christina and Cee Lo push their buttons together, in agreement. I don't like this new thing they're doing, where they wait so long and then push it together.
Cee Lo and Christina compliment De'borah's style, and Cee Lo did a better job of it in my opinion. De'borah should choose Cee Lo because he would allow her to be much more entertaining, but instead she chooses Christina, who will treat her like the popular girls treat nerds in high school ("oh my god, you're so funny!"). De'borah tells Carson she chose Christina because she recorded a song called "The Voice Within." I can't respect someone who makes decisions based on sentimentality.
Uh oh, here comes Gracia Harrison, who is probably always judged for being good looking. I don't feel sorry for her at all. She brought her boyfriend, who is here to make sure no one says anything inappropriate 'bout his woman. She's a yodeler, so she could go to any of the coaches. Adam and Blake are feeling a little freer with their buttons now, turning around almost instantly. Cee Lo also turns around, and Christina is still feeling bitchy, lost in a world of "kitchy kitchy ya ya da da."
Adam says Gracia is the best country singer they've heard on the show by far, it makes no sense for her to be on his team so he wants her. Cee Lo likes her because she's "an original," and Blake knows Gracia will be his in the end. She chooses Blake, because she's smart and she's here to win. The Voice plays that song about the hillbilly bone in celebration.
