Now on to Team Christina. Carson says people were hella pissed at her for eliminating Jesse, and he goes to Adam for his reaction. Adam says he was surprised, but it wasn't his decision. He says he'd have kept him because he likes to actually win, but he believes the Christina put some thought into that decision. Cee Lo would like America to cut her some slack, because we all make idiotic choices in life. Christina says she's fine with controversy, and defends her actions. She wants her team to lose? She rambles on for like 20 minutes, so we really didn't need that padding.
Finally, Carson says it is time to find out who from her team America saved, and she gives some advice, or something? It is hard to tell what her point is, but she thinks they are all amazing. And... Chris Mann is who America voted to keep around. Excuse me? Did someone rally all the moms in the world while I wasn't looking? Ashley and Lindsey are sent off to get ready to perform.
We have to sit through the Team Blake refresh. No one has been angry about the Jordis ouster, apparently, as we get right to Blake giving his thoughts on his final three. The person who is safe is... Jermaine. Did you know he sang backup for Alicia Keys? They haven't mentioned it in about three minutes on this show. Erin and RaeLynn have to prep for their songs of desperation.
Christina Milian has her hair in some bizarre high ponytail, and she talks to Jermaine and Chris who are inspiringly happy to be saved.
Ashley De La Rosa is up doing Lady Gaga's "You and I." It's fine and utterly unmemorable. It's not rocking or exciting, but she does look like she might give birth on the stage as she hunches over and squats in order to hit the high notes. That's not a great look for her. Hope she enjoyed being safe for her birthday, because I'm guessing 18 is going to get off to a rough start after tonight. Adam gets the obligatory "I love you" screams from the audience, and he shushes them so he can do his job. Nice that someone takes their work sort of seriously around here. He says that he has grown fond of her, but this was not a strong sing for your life performance. He'd still keep her around though, if he were picking. Blake says it is hard to pick before he hears Lindsey, but he might be inclined to buy Ashley's album.
