C.J. is working her way through the report when Toby stops by, looking dashing in his overcoat. Toby mentions Chad's golf game. C.J. says she heard about it from Danny, who heard about it from a White House source. "Danny gave it to you?" Toby asks. C.J. asks, "Is there a problem with that?" "As long as it wasn't the other way around," Toby says, and then hastily adds, "That was a joke." "It better have been," C.J. says. Next, Toby tells C.J. about Zoey's sociology teacher, and says, "We're going to get her out of the class." This must be a new part of the Prez's platform, where are children are guaranteed an education, unless their teachers have opinions the Prez doesn't like. He tells her that she can dump that story out with the rest of the trash. Giving his best puppy-dog look, Toby adds, "And I was kidding before." C.J. declares that she doesn't leak stories to Danny. Toby, still looking sad, says he believes her, and then asks, "You okay by yourself?" "Why wouldn't I be okay?" says C.J. Toby thinks about that for a second, smiles quickly, and says, "Okay." He says goodnight and leaves.
