Elsewhere elsewhere in the office, Lester places a call, asking, "What do you guys have in VICAP for male victims, headless or faceless, and missing both hands?" Gruesomest scavenger hunt ever.
Koutris and The Greek meet on a park bench, a statue of a lion framed between them. We can't hear what they're saying over the street noise. They're probably just talking about Survivor, though. After a moment, The Greek hands Koutris a slip of paper and walks away. EW subscription card -- I'm sure of it!
Port of Baltimore. Frank -- remember him! -- is in his trailer, and has opened a bottle of Moet, in celebration: "Four point five million in the capital budget that's set to pass House and Senate both." In front of him, Horseface beams, and Nat congratulates Frank. They all "clink" their paper cups, before Frank cracks that stevedores shouldn't even be drinking champagne, and goes to a filing cabinet to retrieve a bottle of...scotch? I'm guessing? Once they've all downed their shots of whatever it is, Frank brings up the election again, telling Nat, "I just need another year to bring the dredging home." Nat sits forward slightly and, with a patient smile, shakes his head: "Ott's turn, Frank." Frank's face clouds, but before they can get into it, the trailer door squeaks open, and some dude we haven't seen before introduces Agent Koutris. At the mention of the FBI and counterterrorism, Frank plainly shits a brick, but he tries to keep it together as he rises to his feet. Koutris silently hands over what is obviously the slip of paper The Greek had given him. You just can't beat that per-issue price!
