As the Red Team heads into the elimination room, Jay pretty much assumes that he's toast. He's happy that Jennifer is safe, though. Q thinks that he might be the one to go, given the fact that Jay has been kicking so much butt. Jen votes first, for Q. Jay also votes for Q. In turn, Q votes for Jay. Ken votes for Q as well, which is probably a bad omen. Indeed, Moses votes for Q, too. This leaves Justin to speechify in the most annoying manner about integrity and cast the final vote for Q, who he deems "a real man." He says, "I love you brother." Q replies, "I love you too, man." Oh, Lord. But in any case, it's all done for but the circle jerk.

Q interviews that he doesn't feel like he let his wife down. He told her that he was going to work hard, and he did. Six weeks ago, he embraced his fatness as a state of being, but now he's a new person. The next time we see Q, he'll be entirely different, so watch out! And then it's time for the at-home update. When he first started on The Biggest Loser, Q weighed 437 pounds. Today, he weighs 345 pounds. That's a total of 92 pounds lost - not bad! Q talks about his promise to Larialmy, that he wouldn't take this opportunity for granted. A lot of people may think that, because he went home a mere week later, he squandered his opportunity. But Q assures us that this is not the case. And now he has a Valentine's surprise for Larialmy - a romantic day at the gym. Q hopes to be under 240 pounds and shirtless at the beach this summer. Well he's already been shirtless on national TV! The beach should be cake, whatever shape he's in.
