Peter (in Chess guise) tells Marty to blow the entire ship up, which Marty says will destroy half the city. The Cape appears! Then disappears just as quickly when Chess pulls an Uzi out. The Cape tells Orwell to jam cellphones in the area, and she does.

Chess and The Cape fight. Soon, the Cape is dangling over the ledge by his, uh, cape. But he Luke Skywalkers back up with a big backflip and punches Chess. A helicopter comes by, and Chess jumps off the edge of the boat. If the cameras caught that, it seems like Vince could just take his hood off and show that he's not the one who just jumped off the boat. But he doesn't. Orwell tells him to run.

The Cape is outside Trip's window. He talks in a raspy voice, but not as raspy as Christian Bale's. He tells Trip that he's a friend of his father's, and "someday you'll see each other again." Then he stands up on the roof and vanishes in a puff of CGI smoke. Trip sort of smiles, I guess.
