A-holette meets Whitney and Erin at the apartment. They celebrate Erin's new job with champagne, and the sauce provides some nice liquid courage for meeting the Cutrone. Whitney foreshadows that Kelly is balls-to-the-wall honest with people, often to the detriment of their self-esteem. A-holette claims she likes people like that, but she actually looks pretty dubious. And like she belongs at Area 51. For real, if that isn't an alien-shaped noggin, I don't know what is. Her skin is taut. A-holette conspires to play with fire by asking Kelly if she likes her outfit all sassbag-like. Yeah, good luck with that, honey.
Kelly holds her party at Southside Night Club. I lived in NYC for four years and never heard of that place. Either it's new, or I'm exceptionally lame. The odds are pretty good for both sides. Whitney introduces Kelly to the girls. A-holette straight-up walks into the spider's web by asking Kelly to appraise her outfit. Kelly knocks her leggings, but the mood is fairly playful... until Kelly basically accuses her of being President of the "Ana & Mia" Facebook group. Because A-holette can't withstand anything other than insincere praise from her good-for-naught boyfriend, she is shattered.
Damage done, Kelly abruptly heads off to go DJ... she thinks. As she leaves, A-holette gets all pissed that Kelly gave her a blunt opinion -- which she asked for. Before she can burst into tears, though JR, Erin's dreamy ex-boyfriend, appears as if by magic. Erin is super-excited and very surprised to see him. They share a big hug. They heads off for some QT, and we learn that he's been in NYC for a year, yet they haven't been in touch. He offers to get her a shot of tequila and a Bud Light, 'cause he's classy like that. She accepts the tequila. They make the sex eyes at each other. And it's not even a date! She is advancing at a rapid clip.
Filler shots of a bearded DJ -- not Kelly. I quite want to know what is on the Cutrone play list. I bet it starts with David Bowie's "Fashion," flows through to some Pixies "Where Is My Mind?" and reaches a thrilling climax at Jet's "Cold Hard Bitch." Or maybe that's my Kelly Cutrone play list. But I digress... back at Whitney's table, A-holette tells Kelly that she's a model and talks about modeling. Kelly keeps beating a dead horse face, saying over and over and over again how skinny A-holette is. She even sanctimoniously offers her help. Which is exactly when she crosses the line, and A-holette takes flight. Whitney runs after her. One of Kelly's friend jibes, "You're a lot of fun!"
