Heidi and Spencer go out to dinner at some fancy place. Spencer, all hunched over like Nixon, immediately starts in on bitching about Stephanie and LC. Want to know a little trick? You know how you can tell which tabloid stories were planted by Spencer? Well, all of them, pretty much, especially if they are negative about Lauren. Like you know that whole story that went around last week about how much each person gets paid? Totally planted by Spencer. You know how I know? Because it referred to Lauren as "LC," and he's the only one who does that anymore. And also because it claimed Heidi and Spencer are the second-best paid people on the show, which has to be a load of crap. Anyway, Spencer says he isn't interested in making up with Stephanie, because that would also mean being friends with Lauren, and then he would cease to have a purpose on this show, and his existence would end. Which I, for one, would celebrate. Spencer "jokingly" tells Heidi that if she wants to hang out with Stephanie and Lauren, she shouldn't bother coming home. Then he looks at his watch and orders Heidi to come home and cuddle with him. He is so odious.

Lauren meets Brody for drinks. Brody asks about her bracelets and Lauren admits that one of them is a friendship bracelet for Stephanie. Brody disapproves of that friendship, and claims that he could tell her things that would blow her mind. But he doesn't actually tell her, which is annoying. Lauren admits that things aren't going that well with Doug, which Brody saw coming. Lauren claims that her type is someone she already dated. Brody asks if she's talking about the two of them getting naked, and Lauren pretends to be offended, but she and Brody do have some crazy chemistry, or they're better at faking it.
