Sully and Ty are leaving a convenience store with some coffee and snacks, and Sully is complaining about the way the priest was acting like they weren't doing their jobs. It probably would have helped if Bosco had kept his big mouth shut; Sully should be complaining about how Bosco makes everyone around him look bad. Ty sees two homegirls walking around their Lexus because they got a flat tire. Ty pops a tiny boner and makes Sully go over with him to see if they can help the girls. Hey Ty, remember, you have a girlfriend! For some reason, the homegirls don't want help and Sully figures out that the car is stolen. The girls start to argue over who stole the car.

Doc wheels around an empty stretcher down the hall of the ER, and Morales walks with him and they start talking softly and calmly, asking each other how their days are going. She tells him she wants to kiss him but they're not alone, and she hopes he wants to kiss her too. He tells her he does. She starts speaking louder and tells him it was nice talking to him and she'll see him on his next run and then she walks away, and Doc smiles. It was a really cute scene between the two of them.

Sully and Ty are at their desks filling out paperwork and the two homegirls are sitting next to their desks. Homegirl #1 tells Sully that Homegirl #2 told her to steal the car and drive it since Homegirl #2 doesn't have a license. Sully decides to charge Homegirl #1 with GL3, and Homegirl #2 gets Unauthorized Use. Ty gets bent out of shape and says that they both need to be charged with GL3. They argue for a few minutes, and then Sully gives in. Homegirl #2, who we now find out is named Tisha, asks Ty to do her a favor and call her little brother and tell him he needs to stay with his aunt since she'll be gone for a while. Ty asks for his name, and wouldn't you know it, it's Malcolm Lewis. I guess that bookie didn't kill Malcolm after all, like Malcolm told Ty he would.

Doc and Carlos are in their ambulance, and Doc asks Carlos if he is still mad at him about Morales. Carlos tells him he isn't mad anymore, and then Doc tells him he has had "physical relations" with her. Carlos laughs and is all "physical relations? Like arm wrestling?" and Doc is all annoyed and says "like sex" and Carlos is all, "Well, I should hope so! The woman gives me enough wood to build a boat!" Oh, so because Carlos can't keep his penis down, he assumes that Morales would just spread her legs for any man she is interested in. Nice way to respect women, Carlos. That attitude has gotten you laid how many times? Yeah, that's what I thought. So then Carlos tells Doc he has been trying to get him interested in any woman not his dead wife, so he is happy for him and is cool with it. Like Doc needed Carlos's acceptance to go on with the relationship. Whatever.
