Ty finds the headless man’s wallet with ID in it, and a framed picture that he brings to Sully. Ty recognizes Sully and his father in the picture, but can’t figure out who the third man could be. Take a wild guess, Ty. Use your great powers of deduction, and think. Three men in a framed picture. You recognize two of the men. Could the third one be the owner of the framed picture? You have the man’s wallet with a picture ID in your other hand, Ty. Why don’t you check that out? Sully looks at the picture and tells him it was taken during a fishing trip at Lake Saranac seventeen years ago. Sully then looks over at the dead man and grumbles, "Oh, damn it."

Doc and Carlos bring a man to the ER, and Morales takes them to one side. She tells them that they need to get a prescription for Refimapin because the Chinese girl had meningitis. Doc asks about the girl’s family, and Morales tells him that she put in a call to the health department. Doc tells her that it’s Sunday, so they won’t contact the family until tomorrow, and who knows how many people they might come in contact with in that time. Doc volunteers to go over to their apartment and ask them to come back to the hospital to get the prescription. Why doesn’t Doc just take a container of pills over to the apartment instead? He’s going to be sending them a bill for his services anyway and he can just add the prescription to the bill.
