The teacher looks to her husband, who watches her, wringing his hands. Bobby inserts the needle into her hand. She smiles and tilts her head. Her husband watches. Each shot slowly pans from Bobby to the teacher to her husband. She looks peaceful, her eyes beginning to close. She smiles at Bobby. He blinks, packs up his kit, and quickly leaves without saying a word. We pan back to her husband as he sits next to the woman and their dog. She rests her head on a cushion and begins to drift away. Outside, Bobby walks toward the camera, holding back tears. The song's last strains end as we fade out.
