Carlos and Doc are in the ambulance, and they start talking about Vangie. Carlos thinks the pregnancy is her problem because she was in charge of the birth control. He saw her pills, and decided not to use protection. Okay, so Carlos is studying to become a doctor, and doesn't feel the need to use protection when sticking his penis into the vagina of a woman he has only known for a few hours? He should be wearing a sign that says "Please Give Me A Disease"! I would think pregnancy is the least of his problems. I shudder when I think about how some people are still so freaking ignorant. I shudder even more when I think some of them are studying to become doctors, and I may have to rely on them if I become ill. Excuse me while I make myself another drink. So anyway, Doc tells him, "They've got a name for guys as stupid as you. 'Dad.'" Amen, brother!

Ty and Sully are walking down a street, and they go into a restaurant. Sully asks a waitress, who also knows him (maybe from church?) about Molly, and she tells him she hasn't seen anything. As they are leaving, the waitress tells Sully to visit the restaurant again soon. Ty thinks the waitress was flirting with him, but Sully doesn't think so and says she flirts with everyone. I think she just remembers the great business he gave her restaurant.

Bosco and Yokas are in an alley looking for Molly, and Bosco tells Yokas that when he has kids he is going to install electric global-positioning devices in their asses. That would be a load of fun to explain if they had to go through metal detectors. They go into an abandoned building and start calling for Molly, and then they hear crying. They radio in that they may have found Molly. They hear some more crying and they go upstairs to investigate. Sully and Ty arrive, and Bosco and Yokas hear another cry, and then they see an old refrigerator. They open the refrigerator and find a cat. Don't you hate it when that happens? Yokas calls in and tells dispatch that Molly was not found, and just then Sully and Ty get a call about an assault.

Doc and Carlos arrive at the assault scene, and a guy who works at a liquor store tells them and Ty and Sully that some guy he only knows as Willy bought a bottle of booze and walked out, and some other guy started talking to Willy, and Willy broke off his bottle and started stabbing the guy with it. Ty looks at the stabbing victim and realizes it's the priest from Sully's church.
