Doc and Sully are in the back of the ambulance with the priest as Carlos is driving. Carlos is still allowed to drive the ambulance? The priest asks Sully to promise him to not hurt Willy, because Willy is sick. They get to the ER, and Morales meets them outside. Doc gives her the priest's stats, and makes an educated guess that the priest has injured his spleen. Morales tells him his educated guess sounds uneducated. Whoa! The bitch is back!

Jimmy and some random firefighter are finishing up at the house fire, and Jimmy tells him about going to Atlantic City with Brooke to see a show, and he did no gambling. I wonder if he bet Brooke fifty bucks he wouldn't be tempted to go into the casino? They get another call, and Jimmy is all, "Five hours, five calls. Christmas is early this year." Yeah, because you finally have a story line that doesn't involve your being a bad father or bad ex-husband. For once.

Doc and Carlos are in the ambulance, and Doc is in the back fiddling with medical supplies, and Carlos is sitting in the front doing homework. Doc tells Carlos he is the most narcissistic person he has ever met, and then he asks Carlos how he can study when he knows that Vangie is scared and pregnant. Carlos tells Doc to get his own house in order before telling other people what to do, and then brings up the "educated guess" fiasco. They get a call and Doc responds, and then he tells Carlos, "Every time I think I couldn't possibly have a lower opinion of you, something else pops up and I like you even less." Carlos calls him a smug bastard, and Doc tells Carlos he is ashamed to know him. Can you feel the love, people? I said, can you feel the love?

Bobby and Kim bring an old woman into the ER, and Kim asks Morales about the mother and boy from the minivan, and Morales tells them they will live, and the girl got some stitches in her head. Kim visits the girl, who is upset about her little sister still being missing. Kim tries to calm the girl down, and then she gets a call. She tells Bobby that after they finish this call they are going to search for Molly.

Sully and Ty go to a pawn shop, and Sully pounds on the door to get buzzed in. Sully asks the store owner about a communion chalice, and the guy starts laughing. Sully smashes his face into the counter top, and Ty is all surprised. You can almost see a little bubble over his head that says, "Hey! Smashing someone's face into a counter isn't in the police manual! Maybe I should call Internal Affairs..." Sully asks where the chalice is, and the guy tells him it's in the back. Sully asks if Willy brought the chalice in, and the guy tells him he did, and then Sully asks him where Willy is now. The guy tells him he doesn't know, so Sully throws him into the back wall and threatens to beat the shit out of him if the guy doesn't tell him where Willy is. The guy tells him that he thinks Willy stays at the Bowery Mission. Way to solve problems, Sully!
