Kim is wrapping up Jimmy's wrist and telling him that he takes too many chances. Um, Kim, the fact that he is a FIREFIGHTER pretty much means that his whole workday involves taking chances. Jimmy didn't know she cared, and she tells him that she doesn't care but her kid needs a father. Thanks, Kim, I had not heard you mention that you were a mother and Jimmy was a father yet this episode. It took you long enough. Bobby is watching the whole conversation over by Doc's bus, and Doc says to Bobby, "Why do you do this to yourself?" Bobby didn't know it showed. Doc tells him to make a move. Carlos comes over and is all "make a move on who?" but they just blow him off.
Bosco and Yokas are in their car and they are talking about all the stained glass and statues made for dead people. Bosco thinks it's a waste, but Yokas thinks it's for the people who are alive, to help them deal with the grief.
Kim and Bobby in the ambulance, going to a call. Kim is bitching about how Jimmy wasn't going to get help with his wrist and it could have gotten worse and he would have problems with it in the future, blah blah blah fishcakes (tm Sars). Bobby and I wonder why she is so wound up about a man she repeatedly says she hates. Once again, she tells him that Jimmy is the father of her son. Yes, we know! No need to keep reminding us of this fact! Bobby asks her if she still loves Jimmy, and she tells him that it was hard enough to leave Jimmy once, and she doesn't want to do it again. Yeah, that was a straight answer. They get to their call and find Bosco and Yokas already there. Sunny is lying by the side of some stairs leading into an apartment building and has OD'd again. Kim starts CPR on her, but everyone else knows that Sunny is dead. I guess Sunny's sun has set. Now she can go back to Dawson's Creek.
After all the times I have been to Wal-Mart, I have yet to see a smiley face wearing a cowboy hat and holding a whip while it rolls back prices. If someone does see one, please contact me.
