Joss is cleaning up after her pizza party with Alleya and TD&H. Alleya is in the living room watching television and TD&H is in the kitchen coming on to Joss. "You look beautiful, by the way," he says and leans over to kiss her. The television channel changes in the living room, and TD&H pauses before kissing Joss to say, "Is that wrestling, young lady?" Alleya switches the TV to PBS: "No, I was just flipping." TD&H tells Joss that it's getting late for Alleya, and Joss says she'll clean up but looks disappointed. TD&H suggests that he read Harry Potter to Alleya. "With all the funny voices?" Alleya asks. In the background, Joss watches them and looks unhappy.

At the movie theater, Ethan joins Sarah with treats. "I know you didn't ask me but I got you Red Vines anyway. You like those, right?" Sarah tells him she does. "I thought so, I saw you eating them in the bar one day," Ethan explains. Do I have to mention that Sarah once again has done her hair in what she thinks is an imitation of Audrey Hepburn's ponytail, made famous by Karsh's legendary photograph? She's sickening, and I think I've mentioned that once or twice. Sarah says something about being stuffed by all the popcorn and Red Vines, and Ethan is disconcerted: "Oh, no, no, don't do that. I thought that after the movie we could go to the East India Grill on 6th." Sarah says that's her favorite restaurant, and Ethan says he knows. ["How anyone could have a 'favorite restaurant' after only three months in the city, much less one on a street jam-packed with about two dozen other Indian restaurants, is beyond me." -- Sars] "Ethan, am I crazy or do you seem to know an awful lot about me?" Sarah asks. Ethan tells her she's not crazy, "I just pay attention. You know, I gotta tell you, I think you're doing great. I mean, for someone who just moved to New York with nothing, I mean, you've got a lot of friends, an amazing apartment --" Sarah is getting worried now. "You've seen my apartment?" she stutters. Ethan says he helped her roommate carry an end table up to their apartment and that he thinks she's done a great job with the interior. Ethan the Stalker isn't finished yet: "I'm really glad that we're finally spending some time because I kept thinking what I would actually say to you when we actually had a conversation, and I kept thinking I would break the ice with 'Go Yankees!'" Okay, weirdo! "'Go Yankees'?" Sarah repeats in disbelief. "You know, your uh..." Ethan the Stalker pats his butt. "You know about my tattoo?" Sarah asks. "Oh, shh, the movie's about to start," Ethan the Stalker says and puts his arm around Sarah.
