Cut to the gym, where Richard is huffing and puffing on the Stairmaster. Chandler arrives, and his father's happy to see that, if anything, spending four years in the Navy has taught his son how to be prompt. Richard asks Chandler if he doesn't think that Heather is the most incredible woman he's ever met. Eww #1 -- that's going to be his stepmom! Richard reveals that he and Heather haven't even slept together yet. Eww#2 -- again, future stepmom. Apparently their love is so real and pure that they're waiting for their wedding day. Chandler wants to tell his dad something. Is he going to blow the lid on his hot one-week affair with Heather? Nope -- he chickens out and instead asks to join the family business, Williams Global Enterprises. Richard's ecstatic: finally the entire family is working together. Richard leaves to get ready for an important board meeting. Peter slithers in at this point (without a drink in hand) and confidentially asks what Chandler thinks of their soon-to-be mom. Peter suspects Heather of trying to get her paws into the family fortune. He wants to dig into her past and see what they can come up with. Chandler shoves Peter up against the gym equipment and threatens Peter not to interfere with daddy's happiness. Whatever.

At the board meeting, Gwen and Richard share some nostalgia about building a struggling aviation business into the gargantuan international corporation it is today. They're both very civil. The rest of the board shows up and -- surprise -- unlike a real corporation, the board is made up entirely of the cast of the show. Oops, Jenny's not there because she's "stuck in traffic." Peter starts off the meeting by announcing that Uncle Jack is expecting a bonanza for the European division. I have a feeling that we'll be seeing Uncle Jack very soon. Peter also announces that another offer has been made for the aviation business -- double the last offer, and since it's always in the red, he thinks they should sell. Remember, this is the same division that had its stock split twice in the past two years. How is the division constantly in the red but having its stock split twice and offers are constantly coming in to buy it? ["Amazon.com, much? I don't understand that shit either." -- Wing Chun] It looks like the person in charge of script continuity took a little nap here.
