As for Lizzie, Tom liked her dish and the flavors, but the cabbage was undercooked and fell apart. Hugh was impressed that she used the suckling pig, and Curtis loved the presentation. Lizzie looks on the verge of tears; I feel like there must have been a lot more critiquing than what we just saw.

Curtis announces that the winner was very innovative and imaginative, and the winner is Brooke. Wow. I thought it was going to be Josh. Like, I typed Josh's name and then had to backtrack and sub in Brooke's name. The irony is that Brooke wins a cruise, and she's scared of boats. Brooke interviews, though, that being on this giant boat has shown her that her fear of boats was all in her head. Well, of course it was. Remember when Frankie from Real World: San Diego was scared of boats? Like not going on them but just seeing them? And then their job for the season was working for a boating company? Good times. RIP, Frankie. You were too punk rock for us.

Anyway, Padma tells Brooke, Josh, and Lizzie that they are safe and they can leave the room, so the bottom two is Sheldon and Stefan. Tom tells them that they both had the problem of their two components not integrating. Sheldon has been doing similar dishes all season, well, but Tom doesn't know why he froze up on this one. And Stefan had two separate dishes that didn't work well together, plus the pork belly was too hard for some of them. So we don't get to see the judges' discussion? That's my favorite part. What do we have the extra fifteen minutes for, then? Anyway, Stefan is going home. He interviews that he's sad, because he doesn't want to go home, and he enjoys the inspiration that he gets from the show.

If you don't want to know what happens on Last Chance Kitchen, stop reading now.

Kristen and Stefan have to cook outdoors, and their challenge is to cook something using offal. They both cook really great dishes, according to Tom. Kristen makes chicken livers with pickled fruit, while Stefan makes a German dish that has a cream sauce over various innards. Tom likes both, but ultimately thinks Kristen showed more creativity and she continues on. Is she going to rejoin the competition soon? Like after next week? Who knows?
