Rivers appeared on the British chat show Loose Women (kinda like The View but with better accents) and did what she does, namely dished dirt on all the Hollywood jerks she's known. In discussing Russell Crowe, she got all Kathy Griffin and called him a "fucking shit," which shocked the hosts and audience of the mostly-ladies morning show. But it gets better! She was summarily ejected from the show, and is now going around saying she's confused as to why. She claims she assumed the show had a seven-second delay. Ummm Joan sweetie? It's a live studio audience. You can't delay real life, much as the whole world seems to slow down after a few of your happy pills. And also, people don't generally come on to morning talk shows and curse like sailors. Unless that morning talk show is Jerry Springer.

Of course, Joan took it all in stride, as only someone exceedingly out of touch with reality can. She told The Guardian, "I have won an Emmy, been nominated for a Tony award, done every show and become an icon and when people ask me what is left in my career I have always said I don't know, but I have never been forcibly thrown out of a TV studio. It is another milestone." She was, however, miffed she didn't get to swipe her goody bag on the way out. Does Kathy Griffin get all her material from Joan?
