The TV Gods giveth and then taketh away. Yesterday Ausiello had the fantabulous news that Victor Garber and Kristin Chenoweth were going to be on the Fox comedy Glee. I was more than a little bit excited by this, since the show -- from Popular (and Nip/Tuck) creator Ryan Murphy -- is about a high school glee club and just sounds amazing. Anyway, now we find out today that while we'll get a preview episode after Idol this spring, we're going to have to wait all the way until Fall for new episodes. What a tease.

Who will save this show? Holly Madison! Rumors have it that Jewel apparently got all banged up and is being replaced on Dancing With the Stars by Hef's former lovely squeeze. Hell, anything that means I don't have to watch Jewel and her no-name husband is fine by me.

Another variety show (or series of specials) is in the works. Seriously. Have the network executives learned nothing from that Rosie Live! debacle? Well this time it stars Ozzy and Sharon and the kids. Osbournes: Reloaded is due to debut in May and then roll out subsequent episodes at a later date... presumably when they can work it around everyone's rehab schedules.

If you are still all bothered by that whole Jason/Melissa Bachelor nonsense, he apparently now says that he dumped her before the show. Like this really matters. She still had to go through the motions of getting dumped on reality TV.

Curb Your Enthusiasm is still making new episodes. Who knew? And it's coming back in September, for those of you who really can't get enough of Larry David.

According to Jim is still on too. Wow. Well, at least not for long.
