Project Tweetlight
Aspiring filmmakers need to pitch their movies via Twitter, in 140 characters or less. The 10 best pitches win the right to film a scene for their film using entirely Twittered dialogue, which will appear on the screen as the actors type frantically. Whichever scene has the most emotional resonance gets a distribution deal.

Twitter Feud
Two families are each assigned a former Family Feud host to make jokes about via Twitter. The first to get their host onto the top ten Trending Topics list wins. (Usually, it's whoever has #LouieAnderson.)

Tweeting With the Stars
Contestants are each assigned a celebrity whose Twitter account has over 100,000 followers. The first contestant to get their celebrity to respond to one of their Tweets wins. If they re-Tweet it, you get double points.

Twitter Apprentice
Contestants create multimedia presentations solely for the purpose of teaching Donald Trump how to use Twitter. None will succeed, but the contestant with the best-looking presentation and fewest DUIs wins the job of managing Trump's personal Twitter account for him.

Celebrity, or FakeCelebrity?
Each contestant receives five Tweets from a Twitter account named after a celebrity, and they must figure out if the Twitterer is actually that celebrity, or an imposter.

Tweet of Fortune
Pretty much Wheel of Fortune, except Vanna White Twitters you the updated word or phrase instead of turning the letters.
